Returns are possible. You have 14 days after the delivery date to return the product you wish to return to us in its original packaging.

This is completely normal, you sometimes have to wait a few days for the order to be ready, then you receive an email with the tracking number.

The refund period is a maximum of 30 days.

You will receive a refund email, then allow 48 to 72 working hours depending on your banking institution (except for a delay linked to a deferred debit credit card - time excluding weekends and public holidays) for your bank account to be credited.

Sale items are not refunded.

The costs of returning items are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracked shipping.

Simply send us an e-mail on contact@maisoncartel.com telling us that you wish to return the package, tell us if you would like an exchange and refund. We will then give you the return address.
